She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald M. Cook, Jr.; her parents, David Keefe and Ella Keefe; and her son Ronald M. Cook, III. She is survived by: her son Scott M. Cook (Cheryl) of Pawcatuck; and her grandchildren, Benjamin R. Cook (Hailee) and Ella J. Cook.
