Forbes (Marty) of Covington, VA; his sisters, Eileen Zeman of Avon, OH and June Wallace of Powell, OH.; his grandchildren, Meghan, Ethan, Nate and Olivia; and his great grandchild Mason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
