He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R., Sr. and Margaret Shinn; his grandson Ryan; and his siblings, James Shinn and Rosemary Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Shinn (Kinney); his children, Kenneth T. Shinn (Kelly), Robin J. Shinn and Michael P. Shinn (Teresa); his grandchildren, Brittany, Brielle, Kayleigh, Olivia and Brett; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Juliette and Lyla.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
