He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierre Beaupre and Jeannette Beaupre (Fournier); and his son Richard J. Beaupre. He is survived by: his wife Fran (Dotolo); his sons, Peter J. Beaupre, Jr. of Westerly, RI and Jeffrey L. Beaupre (Tina) of Norwich, CT.; his sister Jeanette Yeaw (John); his brother-in-law Leo Dotolo (Bill) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.; and his grandchildren, Brian Beaupre, Kathryn Perkins (Zachery), Angelina Beaupre and Alec Beaupre.
