It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip D. Panciera of Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Panciera and Irene Panciera (Lanphere). He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Ernest C. Panciera and Kathryn Rathgaber (Donald); his grandchildren, Shawn, Scott, Ryan Rathgaber (Rachel), Rachel Machado (Matt) and Kyle Panciera (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Luke Machado, Teagan, Maverick Panciera and Brielle Rathgaber; his sister Sally Buzzi (Panciera); and his brother-in-law Raymond Dawley.

Memorial donations in Phil's memory may be made to the United Congregational Church, 9 Castle Hill Rd, Pawcatuck, CT 06379.
