With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Hackett of Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 16, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Cavanaugh and Selena Cavanaugh (Ayrton); her husband Ray Hackett; her stepgrandchildren, Michael, Sarah, Dan Chris and Eric; her great grandchildren, Addie, Rose and Sophie; her sister Margie Noonan (Bruce) of Montville; her stepchildren, William Taylor Jr. (Christina) of Stonington, Robert Taylor (Kelly) of Dayville, Karen Brown (Michael) of Gales Ferry, Dan Hackett (Nancy) of Norwich and Penny Brown (Roger) of Groton; and her grandchildren, Julie Beattie (Sam) of Seattle, Ashley Main (John) of Moosup and Austin Taylor (Samantha) of Dayville.
