He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Serra and Matthew Serra. He is survived by: his wife Cammi (Rizzo); his children, Bryan Q. Serra (Haley), Richard C. Serra II, Nathan J. Serra (Linny) and Rachel A. Serra; his siblings, Mathew Serra, Jr., Mark Serra, Suann Serra and Jean Shields; and his grandchildren, Maisie, Easton and Isla Serra. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as numerous friends.
