It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. Morrone Sr. of Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Frank Morrone and Hazel Morrone (Westcott); his brother Frank Morrone Jr.; his son Richard Morrone Jr.; his wife Constance M. Morrone; his children, Jeffery Morrone, Dean Morrone (Nancy Morrone), Peter Morrone (Traci Morrone), Jonathan Morrone (Lori Phang) and Liz Guidone; his daughter-in-law Dianne Morrone; his grandchildren, Danielle Morrone, Ashley Morrone, Lindsey Morrone, Elise Buerman, Sean Morrone, Jill Morrone, Cameron Morrone, Lily Morrone, Eva Guidone, Alexander Morrone, Sara Morrone and Henry Morrone; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Isabella, Raquel, Robert, Thomas, Amelia and Jacqueline. He was also cherished by six children, twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
