He was predeceased by: his former wife Madeline Martin (Jessop); his brother Joseph L. Martin III; and his parents, Joseph L. Martin and Josephine Martin Jr. (Christina). He is survived by: his wife Jeanie B. Martin (Boudreau) of Westerly; his daughters, Delinda Tucker (Gary) of Westerly and Karen A. Lima (Mark) of Westerly; his granddaughters, Dr. Brittney Whitford (Alex Drach) of Cincinnati, OH and Alisha Tucker of Westerly; and his great grandchild Ruby Drach of Cincinnati, OH..

“I’m Carleton Peterson and I used to work with Bob in the Facilities Engineering Group at Electric Boat. I was distressed to hear of Bobs passing, and send my sincere condolences on his passing to his whole family. I was an engineer at EB and I worked with Bob since 1986. I have such found memories of Bob. He was a wonderful person, helpful, and was a top notch draftsman. I missed Bob a lot once he retired, there were few as talented as he was. Again I send my sincere condolences on Bobs pa”
