He was predeceased by: his parents, Bedal John and Theresa Hall (Testa). He is survived by: his wife Jean Carol Hall (Mandarelli); his children, Roger Hall Jr., Christine Hall Vartanian and Melissa Hall Baker; and his grandchildren, Allison Smedberg, Casey Rae Hamilton, Andrew Smedberg, Christopher Hall, Ashley Smedberg, Garrett Hall Baker and Cassidy Jean Hall Baker.
