It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose M. Capalbo of Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 5, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rose M. Capalbo to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raffaele DeSimone and Carmela DeSimone; her husband Thomas Capalbo; and her siblings, Josephine Longo, Charles "Jerry" and Pasquale DeSimone.

She is survived by: her sons, Marty Capalbo (Barbara) and Gary Capalbo (Judith); her grandchildren, Matthew Capalbo (Hope), Isabella Capalbo, Danielle Donato (John Paul), Aimee Chastain (Kevin), Nathan and Jonathan Capalbo; and her friends, Pam Ruzzo, Linda Paterno, Christine and Eddy Franeski. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Pius X Church, 44 Elm St., Westerly, RI 02891 in Rose's memory.
