Stephanie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Stephanie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Stephanie will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick M. Volpe; and her parents, Stephen Chernasky and Mary Chernasky. She is survived by: her son Edward C. Flynn (Kimberly Silvestro); her granddaughter Zoe Flynn; and her brother Michael J. Chernasky (Eileen). She is also survived by two nieces and several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home (59 Spruce St, Westerly, RI 02891). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
