She is survived by: her mother Patricia Weber; her children, Isabela and Lucas; her siblings, Fred (Gina), Jamie (Michelle) and Katie (Chris); her nieces and nephews, Brittany, James, Elizabeth, Sienna and Natalie; her great-nephews, Levi and Mac Travers; her great-niece Hazel Weber; her husband Jason Proulx; her stepchildren, Jenna and Daniel Proulx; and her pet Charli.
