He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Cook (Holly); his father Caldwell Cook; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his children, Holly Eaves (Spencer) of Charlestown and Ronald Cook (Cheryl) of Old Saybrook; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Cook of Pawcatuck; and his grandchildren, Janna Rathert of Somerville, MA, Myles Eaves of Malden, MA, Aliyah of Pawcatuck, Skylah Cook of Pawcatuck, Hennessey of Old Saybrook, Emersen of Old Saybrook and Parker Cook of Old Saybrook.
