He is survived by: his wife Brenda LaFazia (Bumpus); his friend Bill W.; his sons, Steven LaFazia and Scott LaFazia; his siblings, Donna Miller and Frank LaFazia; and his grandchildren, Kristin Kendall, Kassie LaFazia and Alex LaFazia.
