He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Fizzano (Kelly) of Richmond, Shawn Fizzano (Jenny) of Westerly and Yvette Fizzano of Florida; his siblings, Mark O'Neill of Florida and Patricia "Patsy" O'Neill of San Francisco, CA; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Madilyn, Sienna, Alyssa, Makenzie and Christian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
