He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Clapp Keegan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Keegan (Nigro) of Westerly; his daughters, Abiageal R. Keegan, Emma S. Keegan and Gia F. Keegan; and his siblings, Lynn McGeough (Jim), Lori Pensis (Pierre), Kathleen Piccolo (John) and Michael Keegan (Darcey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
