He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Leary and Mary O'Leary; his wife Marie; his brother Robert Lance O'Leary; and his grandson Christopher Lombardo.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia M. "Patty" Lombardo (Carl), Melissa A. Stoehr (Steve) and William M. "Billy" O'Leary (Lina); his grandchildren, Steven, Bryce and Alexandra; his sisters-in-law, Sherry O'Leary and Peg Philpot; and his pets, Squirt and Cooper. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
