William Sisco Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of William Sisco (Westerly, Rhode Island). William passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember William for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. William’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences he brought to the world.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cosmo Sisco and Christine Sisco. He is survived by: his wife Roseann Butler Sisco; his children, Lena Rose Sisco-Smith, Christopher Michael Sisco and James Paul Sisco; and his grandchildren, Christine Sisco, Brennan Sisco and Benjamin Sisco. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home (59 Spruce St, Westerly, RI 02891). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clare Church (62 Crandall Ave, Westerly, RI 02891).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in William's name to the Eastern Connecticut State University Accounting Scholarship Fund.
