She was predeceased by: her parents, Alves Moniz and Clara Russell (Crispi); her children, Donna Smith (Putnam) and Gerald Putnam (Jerry); and her brothers, Robert Crispi and Richard Moniz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Routh (Putnam), Joanne Klepal and Krystal Klepal; her grandchildren, Charlena Schubert, Tiffany Forrest, Jonathan Reeves, Hannah Reeves and Nathan Rigdon; and her brothers, Michael Disney (Moniz) and Arthur Moniz. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
