He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Collins (Novack); his sons, Thomas Collins (David Pride) of Chester, VT and Sean Collins (Maureen) of Whitinsville, MA; and his sister Jacqueline Payette of Woonsocket. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
