Edward Cournoyer Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2026, Edward Cournoyer Jr. of Woonsocket, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Edward shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Edward farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sylvio, Gus Cournoyer and Beth Cournoyer-Girard. He is survived by: his sister Jo-Ann Bubier (Douglas) of North Providence; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Washington-Jervais (Tom), Jesse Washington, Jocelyn Girard and Marcel Girard.
