He is survived by: his wife Linda Jeffrey (Messersmith); his daughters, Lynnette Jeffrey of Stamford, CT and Jennifer Gaouette (Al) of Foster, RI; his sisters, Rosemary Havrilla (John) of East Amherst, NY and Suzanne Helmer of Johnson City, NY; and his grandchildren, Kendall, Brayden, Ashlen and Ryland Gaouette.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The International Mission Board of the Primitive Methodist Denomination, care of Mrs. Paula Ten Brink, 10015 Highway 40, Henagar, Alabama 35978 or Beacon Hospice, 1 Catamore Blvd., East Providence, RI 02904.
