He was predeceased by : his parents, Millard Kelbaugh and Erma Iona Kelbaugh (Rudy); and his siblings, Buck, George, Dennis Kelbaugh, Betty Lowans, Mattie Cauffman and Joyce Kramer.

He is survived by : his wife Jeanne M. Kelbaugh (Comire); his children, Marc Kelbaugh (Francine) of Franklin, MA, Maureen Salvas of Burrillville, Scott Motyka (Lisa) of Douglas, MA, Kelly Motyka of Long Beach, CA and Katie Kelbaugh (Brian) of Woonsocket; his brother Larry Kelbaugh of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Jason Kelbaugh, Caleb Lambert, Braedon Motyka and Caiden Kelbaugh; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Madison Kelbaugh.
