He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Manigan, Jr. and Ruth W. Manigan (Belshaw); his brother John J. Manigan; and his pet Jake. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Dumas of Woonsocket; his daughters, Kari-Lee Archambault of North Smithfield, Kellylynn Casper (Robert) of Plainville, MA, Laurie Dumas of Woonsocket and Erin Dalton (Daniel) of Foster; and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Samantha, Noah, Norah, Loralei and Robbie.
The military honors will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Outside the Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keene-Brown Funeral Home (445 Greenville Rd, North Smithfield, RI 02896). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory maybe made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
