He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Hunt and Alice Hunt (Dugas); his son Nathan Hunt; and his siblings, Doris, Edward, Raymond, Michael Huguenin and Christopher Hunt.

He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Menard (Diane) of Virginia, Sharon Beaudet (Roger) of Massachusetts and Cathy Clark of Woonsocket.
