He was predeceased by : his mother Cynthia "Cindy" Jerominek (Fontaine); his sister Justina "Stina" Jerominek; and his grandmother Yolanda Peloquin. He is survived by : his father John Jerominek, Jr.; his stepmother Angela Jerominek; his son Nicholas; his grandparents, Marie and Ronald Masterson; his stepsiblings, Harlee and Jace; his aunts and uncles, Becky, Cheryl, Jeff, Jason, Rick, Lisa, Dawn, Tami and Kenny; his niece Aliana; his nephew Joshua; and his cousins, Nicole, Tayla, Tara, Ryan and Noah.
