It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose M. Delgado of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Ailene Iapicca (Anthony) of Bellingham, MA, Liz M. Cruz (Angel Diaz) of Pawtucket, RI, Mary L. Cruz (Ernesto Borrero) of Woonsocket, RI and Glory M. Delgado (Misael Alicea) of Woonsocket, RI.; his grandchildren, Jaiden, Dhante, Axiel, Misaylee, Xaiyaa, Eddie, Kataleah, Ravenna, Aiselynne and Avery; his parents, Manuel Delgado Rivera and Maria T. Fernandez Alamo; his siblings, Maria T. Delgado Fernandez (Jose Centeno) and Gelson Delgado Fernandez (Karen Melendez Mejias); and his nephew John Anthony Centeno Delgado of Puerto Rico.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cartier's Funeral Home (151 S Main St, Bellingham, MA 02019). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that any donations be made to his GoFundMe to cover the cost of travel for burial.
