He was predeceased by: his sister Catherine Costanzo. He is survived by: his parents, Mario Manfredi of North Providence and Joyce Manfredi of Cumberland; his stepmother Madeleine Manfredi of North Providence; his sisters, Diane Chianesi (David) of Richmond and Linda Dallaire (William) of Seekonk; and his stepsister Brenna Gantt of Warwick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
