It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine A. Carbone (Woonsocket, Rhode Island), who passed away on July 16, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Katherine A. Carbone to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cormier and Mary Cormier (Lebrec). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Carbone of Woonsocket; her children, Dean Gauvin (Rose) of Woonsocket, Michelle Darling (Mark) of Woonsocket, Tina McDonald (Bruce) of Woonsocket, Monty Gauvin (Elaine) of Woonsocket and Joseph Carbone (Holly) of Woonsocket; and her brother John Cormier of Woonsocket. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holt Funeral Home (510 S Main St, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the St. James Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Katherine's spirit of giving, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
