He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Menard and Aurora Gross-Menard (Benoit); his daughter Michelle Lebrun; and his siblings, Roland Gross, Ellen Bergeron and May Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Elke Menard (Parodi); his children, Lucien Menard, Jr. (Kimberly) of Warwick, Stephanie Hayward (Andrew) of Uxbridge, MA, Lisa Luzzi (John) of Ashaway, Monica Lebrun of Woonsocket and Sandra Fenoff of Woonsocket; and his siblings, Vernon Gross of North Smithfield, Richard Gross, Edmund Menard of Woonsocket, Laura Tellier of Woonsocket, Theresa Bourget of Woonsocket and Denise Bourget of Pawtucket. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holt Funeral Home (510 S Main St, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (1200 Mendon Rd, Woonsocket, RI 02895).
