With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Monique Russell of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Justin Rowan. She is survived by: her son Jason Rowan (Heather) of Putnam, CT; her grandchildren, Theodore Rowan, Justin Rowan Jr. and Julianna; her siblings, Nicole Cornelius (Cornell) of San Antonio, Marc Tellier, Raymond Tellier and Louis Marcet; her nieces and nephews, Jackie, Leighly, Marcus McNeil, Jayse Cornelius and Robert "Blue" McNeil; her great-nieces, Rya and Ever; and her great-nephew Mateo. She is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holt Funeral Home (510 S Main St, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
