He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Choquette (Chuck) and Rita Choquette (Allard). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Choquette (Donahue); his sister Claire Staelen (Marc); his mother-in-law Lo Donahue; his sister-in-law Lisa Donahue; his nieces and nephews, Danielle, Sophie Staelen, Allison, Donnie Romano, Taylor, Aaron Andrews, Noah, Nathan Desplaines, Liam and Brittney Donahue; his godson Dana Choquette; and his pets, Luke and Sasha.
