He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Lemay (Ratcliffe); his parents, Henry Lemay and Laura Lemay (San Souci); his grandson Zachary Costello; and his siblings, Henry, Paul Lemay, Pauline Gagnon and Suzanne Messier.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Lemay of North Smithfield, Diane Costello Millette (Gerard) of Woonsocket and Beverly Jarry (David) of Blackstone; his sister Dolores Hartman of Topsfield, MA; his grandchildren, Aaron, Lacey Jarry, Kyle Costello and Melanie Lemay; and his great grandchildren, Arlo and Leora Costello Bell.
