He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Levinson and Betty Levinson (Levine); his brother-in-law Benjamin Tenaglia III; and his parents-in-law, Constance Tenaglia and Benjamin Tenaglia Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Martha Levinson (Tenaglia) of Woonsocket, RI; his aunt Eleanor Tenaglia of North Andover; his brothers-in-law, Andrew Tenaglia (Lisa) of Atkinson, NH and Peter Tenaglia (Maureen) of Sandown, NH; his sibling's children, Andrew Tenaglia Jr. (Caitlin), Scott Tenaglia (Kelly) and Alyssa Jackson (Ben); and his pets, Jack and Howie.
