Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Pelletier and Isabelle Pelletier (Arseneault); and his son Robert D. Pelletier Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Karaniuk of Chandler, AZ, Kassia Clough (Glen) of North Smithfield and Kimberly Pelletier of Bellingham; and his siblings, Richard Pelletier of Revere, MA and Lorraine Cloutier of Woonsocket. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holt Funeral Home (510 S Main St, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the St. Charles Cemetery (103 Farm St, Blackstone, MA 01504).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Woonsocket Animal Shelter, 9 Cumberland Hill Rd., Woonsocket, RI 02895.
