He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine B. Martin (Fleurant); his parents, Albert Martin and Isabelle Martin (Lataille); his siblings, Madeleine, Beatrice, Corinne, Lucille, Pauline, Suzanne, Omer, Leo, Lucien and Edmond; his son Marc; and his grandson Joshua Angkea Martin.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law JoAnn Martin (Garner); his children, Denis (Anne) of Narragansett and Michelle (Erik Eckilson); his grandchildren, Jennie, Justin and Julie of Woonsocket; his son Roger (Mindy); his grandchildren, Brandon and Devon of Portland, Maine; his daughter Rosemarie (Bruce Piette); his grandchildren, Lauren, Grace, Martin and Gregory of Blackstone, MA.; his great grandchildren, Logan, Maisie, Charlie Josh and Margot; and his brother Raymond Martin of Hendersonville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holt Funeral Home (510 S Main St, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (1200 Mendon Rd, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at the St. John the Baptist Cemetery (501 E School St, Woonsocket, RI 02895).
