He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kurtz and Helen Kurtz (Bennett). He is survived by: his spouse Garrie "Lila" Kurtz (Levine); his sons, John Kurtz of North Kingstown, Dave Kurtz of North Kingstown and Allan Kurtz of North Kingstown; and his granddaughter EmmaRose.
