We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Shirley P. Poissant of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice R. Poissant; her parents, Edward Cote and Rosilda Cote (Dubois); and her siblings, Ernest, Edward, Arthur, Robert Cote, Rachel Fontaine and Theresa Desjardins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Doreen Sawyer of Woonsocket and Sandra Gallant (Peter) of Oakland, RI; her sister Jeannette Petit of Johnston; her close friend Walter Royley of Lincoln; and her pet Maggie. She is also survived by three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
