He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernand Bell and Florence Bell (Rose); and his brother Marc Bell. He is survived by: his girlfriend Suzanne Poisson Fortier; his son Jeremie Bell; his stepsons, Brandon Jones, Travis Fortier and Keith Fortier; and his siblings, Stephen Bell, Michael Bell and Chris Bell.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the O'Neill Funeral Home (3102 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
