He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Grace Loftis and Col. Billy Botts; and his brother Dennis Wayne Botts, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Ann Botts Nickles (Tom), Alice Botts Polatty (Danny) and Amy Botts Dodgen (Justin); his grandchildren, Ashlann, Madde, Thomas, Cameron N., Zach, Olivia, Cameron S. and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Skyla and Emery; and his brother Michael Botts. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
