It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlie L. Moore Jr. of Abbeville, South Carolina, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie L. Moore, Sr. and Vertie Mae Atkinson Moore; and his sister Myra Elaine Moore Wilt. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Timms Wiley Moore; his siblings, Eugene Moore (Theresa) of Raleigh, NC. and Gail Moore Hutto of Clemson, SC; and his extended family, Randy Wiley (Debbie) of Greenwood, SC, Kevin Wiley of Utah, Holly Brown (Josh), Ryan Wiley (Lauren), Sully, Finch and Harper Grace. He is also survived by four nieces and a nephew.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Long Cane Cemetery (329 Hwy 20, Abbeville, SC 29620).
