She is survived by: her children, Richard "Rick" Murray Thower, Jr. of Abbeville and Amy Thower Willis (Steven) of Elgin; her sister Margi Gorczyca of Spartanburg; and her grandchildren, Grayson and Athena. She is also survived by numerous aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
