He is survived by: his wife Betty Latham Taylor; his daughters, Carolyn Taylor Orr (Bobby) of Tierra Verde, FL and Sherry Norwood (Wade Burton) of Iva, SC; his sister Doris Hopper of Iva; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Taylor of Pendleton, SC.
