She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Charlene M. Hedden. She is survived by: her parents, Fred L. Lewis and Patricia Seigler Lewis; her husband Kevin Hedden; her children, Stephen Hedden (Lindsay), Caleb Hedden (Anna) and Hannah Beth Hedden (Michael Ashley); her brother Jeff Lewis (Cindy Strange); her father-in-law Jerry Hedden (Nancy); and her pet Bentley. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
