He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Hodges Copeland; his children, John Rhett Copeland and Missy Copeland Williams (Bruce); his grandchildren, Seth Williams, Brice Williams, Alayna Copeland and EmmaKate Copeland; and his friend Tammy Suttles.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (302 N Main St, Abbeville, SC 29620). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Long Cane Cemetery (329 Hwy 20, Abbeville, SC 29620).
