She was predeceased by: her husband James Hartley; her parents, Arthur Ludwig Herzog and Lolita Stockman Herzog; her sisters, Marilyn H. Moore and Sandra N. Herzog; and her son-in-law Fred Frantz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Frantz of Greenwood, SC and Pam Richart (Lan) of Champaign, IL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
