He was predeceased by: his parents, William Berry Thomason and Marguerite Cantrell Thomason; his father-in-law Floyd Henderson; and his stepfather-in-law George Reiter. He is survived by: his wife Carol Henderson Thomason; his sons, William Samuel Thomason (Dixie) of Woodruff and Nathan Keith Thomason (Allison) of Anderson; his sisters, Sandra Burgin (Jim) of Greenville, Cathy Bell (Ronnie) of Greenville, Becky Thomason of Greenville and Wendy Burch of Greer; his grandchildren, Tyler, Bailey (Katelin), Bryan (Katie), Sammy and Marley; his great grandchildren, Miya, Charlee and Rubee; and his mother-in-law Jan Reiter of Taylors. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
