With sadness, we share the passing of Tim A. Reeves of Abbeville, South Carolina. Tim, born on May 2, 1946, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Tim for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Reeves and Virginia Reeves; and his siblings, Buddy Reeves, Myrta Murrow and Lynn Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Young Reeves; and his sisters, Melbie Jones of Kingstree, SC and Sandra Clayton of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home, Abbeville Chapel (302 N Main St, Abbeville, SC 29620). A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
