It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Winfield A Lohr of Abbeville, South Carolina, born in High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Elroy and Margaret Clough Lohr; and his son Jeremiah James Lohr. He is survived by : his wife Gloria Robinson Lohr; his children, Thomas Lohr (Irene) of Abbeville, SC, Christopher Lohr (Jessica) of Laurens, SC and Audra Hill (Scott) of Archdale, NC; his siblings, Edward Lohr (Denise) of Trinity, NC and Margaret Ann McCreary of Abbeville, SC; and his grandchildren, David, Eve, Daniel, Adam, Beth, Marc and Dannielle. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Creek Baptist Church (9511 Abbeville Hwy, Iva, SC 29655).
